No problem, glad you enjoyed reading. Yes the time lag is definitely something to note when tracking hedge funds. However, we try to focus on fundamental and longer term oriented funds in hopes to track their long-term movements as they assemble positions over time. This helps as the time lag can become negligible if you can discern that the fund will be holding the position longer than just a trade.
