Nonetheless, they have exploded in popularity.   UYG is close to overtaking XLF in daily traded volume (SKF has already exceeded XLF in terms of $ volume traded).  And the 3x ETFs are now trading 4-10M shares a day after only a few weeks on the market.  Impressive to say the least!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As a futures trader, I wish the CME's lessor known products (MSCI EM, FTSE/Xinhua China 25, Financial SPCTR) enjoyed nearly the volume and success their ETF brethren have (or  *any* volume whatsoever).  24-hour access + IRC 6781 tax treatment, how can the ETFs steal the show..&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">BrianFX</dc:creator><pubDate>Thu, 11 Dec 2008 20:09:58 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
